To all of our talented singers and amazing parents, we have LOTS of summer shows and festivals coming up! Taste of Orchard Park Festival, Blue Eyed Baker shows, Erie County Fair, coffee houses, retirement shows, anthems, workshops, Music Is Art, and even a SPoT Coffee House.
Dual Anthem Workshop – July 16
Ready to perfect your national anthems? This workshop is designed to help singers build the skills and confidence needed to perform at professional sporting events. Since most professional sports teams require singers to know both the U.S. and Canadian national anthems, we will cover everything you need to prepare for anthem performance opportunities.
Why Attend?
- Learn how to confidently perform both anthems.
- Receive coaching to help you stand out for future anthem opportunities.
- Increase your chances of being selected for upcoming events in Buffalo and the surrounding areas.
We are frequently asked to recommend anthem singers for local events. By participating in this workshop, your coach will have the opportunity to evaluate your readiness and, if you are prepared, place you on our list of recommended anthem performers.

Bello Merch – Summer Stock
New tank tops for our summer shows are NOW in! We also have new stock of our short-sleeve Bello t-shirts, long-sleeved t-shirts, and hoodies. Studio shirts must be worn at all outdoor shows.
Act/2 Acting Classes
Our Act/2 Acting Classes will start up again in the fall. Summer is just too busy with all of our schedules.
Closings & Openings
We are OPEN the entire month of July. We highly encourage our singers to continue lessons over the summer, as we have MANY summer shows and festivals.
Guitar Lesson Openings
Our Guitar Instructor Beau Barnard also has a couple openings on Wednesdays and Thursdays if you want to learn to play.
Bello Singers in the Spotlight
If you would like to be in our “Spotlight,” just let us know who, what, where, when, and why. We will try to make sure you get added to our new Spotlight Section.
Orchard Park Fireworks Show
Singing the National Anthem for the Orchard Park Fireworks Show this year will be our very own Coach Colton Rudloff. The fireworks will be at Green Lake this year, as the Orchard Park Schools are doing major renovations.
Super Cruise vs. Cancer
On July 7th at 4:00 pm, Ali Lomas will sing the National Anthem for the Super Cruise vs. Cancer event at Lancaster Motorplex.
They are working hard to make this event bigger than ever, so please help us spread the word by sharing it with your friends and family. Every donation and all event proceeds go directly to Wings Flights of Hope in honor of Max Williams.
Orchard Park Pavilion Concert Series
This month, we have been asked to sing at the 2026 Orchard Park Pavilion Concert Series. This is such an honor.

- Tuesday, July 7th at 7:00 pm – Lexi Skehan will sing at intermission for The American Legion Band of the Tonawandas.

- Sunday, July 12th at 7:00 pm – Elliot Jaworski will sing at intermission for Cami Clune, formerly on The Voice.

Congratulations, Avery Handley
Congratulations to Avery Handley on earning 1st place with her outstanding performance of the National Anthem. Avery’s powerful voice and confident performance impressed the audience and judges alike. As a special honor, she has already been invited back to perform the National Anthem before the 2027 Clarence fireworks show.
Reminder Texts and Cancellation Policy
Please be advised of our reminder texts and cancellation policy below. Thank you so much.
We send out 24-hour courtesy lesson reminder texts the day before lessons. Please remember that these are sent only as a courtesy. You do not need to respond. If you receive a text or do not receive a text, you are still responsible for payment.
Please give 24-hour notice if you must cancel a lesson. Otherwise, you are STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT for that lesson. If you need to cancel your lesson the day before, it MUST be before 6:00 pm so your coach has time to find someone else who may want that time slot. We still pay our coaches for that time slot, so please make sure you are aware of our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Rehearsals This Month
JR Company
JR Company, ages 8–13, rehearsals will be July 7th and July 21st at 6:00 pm. We are working on our Taste of Orchard Park songs.
Bello Bella’s
Bello Bella’s rehearsal this month will be July 14th and July 28th from 8:00–9:00 pm. This group is by invite only, $10/week, and has a strict attendance policy. Ages 13 and up.
Both JR Company and Bella’s groups meet bi-weekly on Tuesdays.
Buffalo Bisons and Erie County Fair
Our Bello Bella’s will sing the anthems on Friday, July 24th for the Buffalo Bisons during Slippers Giveaway on Pajama Night.
They have also been asked to sing for the Erie County Fair Flag Ceremony. Over the past several years, the Fair has displayed a beautiful large-scale American flag in the Creative Arts Building. This year, the flag is being relocated to a permanent home in the Historical Building, and the Fair will host a dedication ceremony to mark the occasion on Sunday, August 16th at 3:30 pm.

Bello gear is now required at ALL performances except big shows. Please make sure you have yours.

- July 11th, 2:00–3:00 pm – Elison Independent Living Event, 6055 Armor Duells Rd, Orchard Park. Standards only, please.
- July 16th, 6:00–7:30 pm – A’Choired Taste Rehearsal. This group is working on summer shows and festivals.
- July 16th, 2:00–4:30 pm – Dual Anthem Workshop at Bello Studios. Open to all ages. Cost: $80.
- July 17th, Friday, 4:00–6:00 pm – SPoT Coffee in Hamburg. Please make this a big one. We do these a few times a year.
- July 22nd, 5:00–9:00 pm – The 21st Annual Taste of Orchard Park. We close this day for the event. Location TBA soon.
- July 24th, Friday, 6:30 pm – Bella’s will sing the anthems for the Buffalo Bisons vs. Rochester Red Wings at Sahlen Field.
- July 25th, 2:00–4:00 pm – Blue-Eyed Baker Hamburg location. Everyone is invited. Let’s make this a big one. Doors open.
- July 30th, 6:00–7:30 pm – A’Choired Taste Rehearsal. This group is working on summer shows and festivals.
- July 31st, 5:00–7:00 pm – Wegmans Café Summer Show, McKinley Pkwy. Come on out and sing with us.
- August 6th – East Aurora Blue-Eyed Baker Featured Singer Event. Invited singers only. New time TBA.
- August 16th – Erie County Fair Performance, 12:00–1:30 pm for JR’s / Bella’s invited singers, and 3:30 pm performance for Bella’s.
Studio Notes
The Green Room / second waiting area is available for parents and siblings. We have free popcorn, too. We encourage our singers to come and use our free practice rooms.
Please keep checking our Facebook Silent Group Chat for more details and new information about shows. If you have not been added to this chat, just ask your coach and we will see to it that you are added. It is important that everyone is on our Facebook Silent Group Chat. It is a silent group chat so that no one is inundated with notifications.
Lesson Pricing and Payments
All lessons are $65/hour for vocal, guitar, piano, and recordings for all coaches and engineer Dan Monroe at our Abbott Road location.
Payments can be made in the form of cash or check made out to Bello Studios.
From time to time, our instructors need to get away on vacation or may be sick. This does not mean your lessons will not go on as scheduled. You will love our other coaches.
New Studio Dress Code
Summer is HERE. We would like to remind everyone of our studio dress code. When performing, you are representing Bello Voice Studio.
- Shorts should be at least fingertip length, just like in school, and no shorter than a 4-inch inseam. Pants should not have excessive rips.
- Please wear your Bello t-shirts at all shows unless specified otherwise. You are welcome to modify them to fit your style, but they should not be cropped. Major shows will not require studio gear unless requested.
- Shoes should be casual formal. No flip-flops or worn-out sneakers. Nice sandals are encouraged during the summer months.
We appreciate everyone who represents our studio, and we are looking forward to an awesome summer.
